raj16120912 Posted April 25, 2023 Report Share Posted April 25, 2023 Hi, I tried to upgrade revive adserver with the latest version. Upgrade seems to run fine and am able to get the login page. But in order to login I need to reset password for my user. While trying to reset password, upon clicking on password reset link which I received on my email, I am getting following error ``` An error occurred while accessing the database Due to a problem with the database Revive Adserver couldn't retrieve or store data. ``` Any suggestions ?
