Email Issue.. Paid Solution?

I just installed everything myself on my own server, everythings updated.. but I noticed I wasnt getting emails for new users.. to set up passwords, I tried to just add them in the database and came up with an issue where now i get a notification when trying to login as them.. Im willing to pay for the solution to this, as I see many of these same questions dont get answered here... please email me with help?

did you  check the maillog on the server

unfortunately.. Im not familiar with cloudways mail log system.. ill check into it though..
