scorpio Posted January 20, 2022 Report Posted January 20, 2022 For 5 days I have been trying to login into my Adserver hosted edition. I forgot my signup password and have requested a new password each time I have waited and waited but it could be an hour or more before I get the email with the reset password but by that time the link has expired and I have to go through the process again. I am sick of it at this time. To make matters worse I now see that support if not provided even though I am paying a subscription for this service. It's been almost a week now of trying but no emails are coming through. Can I PM you my email address? I tried sending a PM but it says I'm allowed to send 0 messages a day. Important note about improved password security Recently, the Revive Adserver software has been updated to a new version, which implements a more modern and much safer method of storing passwords. To be able to log in and continue using Revive Adserver you must set a new password first. Check your inbox for a password reset email! A password reset email has been sent to the email address associated with your username. Please open the email, and click the link in it. This will display a screen that enables you to enter your new password. It can take a few minutes before the email arrives. If you don't see the email in your inbox, make sure to also check your spam folder. Quote
