greatglen Posted January 14, 2022 Report Share Posted January 14, 2022 I have an installation of Revive 5.3.1 here and everything is working fine apart from one thing - every time you click on a banner (created as a "link to external banner") - Revive produces a "403 - Forbidden" error instead of directing to the destination site. The "Generic HTML banner" option works without issue, however when click-tracking is enabled the same problem occurs. I've been over the file/folder permissions several times and am fairly confident that they are correct - everything else appears to be working fine. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. VishalT Posted May 15, 2023 Report Share Posted May 15, 2023 I am getting same type of error at Inventory => Banners => Add New Banner => Please Choose the type of banner: When I select 1: Generic HTML Banner 2: HTML 5 Banner The system redirects me to a 403 error page :(..
