JoseGAS Posted August 31, 2021 Report Share Posted August 31, 2021 Hi all, We are trying to set a Zone's chain settings to use a different zone if there are no banners for a certain zone. The banners linked to the chained zone are displayed correctly but there is something wrong with the links. If you click on them you are taken to an URL like this ( ../www/delivery/ck.php?zoneid=519) instead of the URL associated to the banner. The result is a blank page. We are using the image tag invocation code and it works in the same way for email campaigns or websites (ours does not support asynchronous JS). In aspects of digital marketing it is highly important to have the correct and relevant landing page for your banners. In banner advertising campaigns landing pages plays an important role. Having wrong or error page as your landing page will increase the bounce rate and overall performance of your website. I am sure you are expecting some good results from this campaign. So using right landing page will help you to achieve this. You can help of your web developer to fix the error present in the URL.
