RED ICON IN ZONE LIST

On the zones list, each zone has a square icon. - there are 3 icons.  Faded, Normal and Red.

I am running a test campaign with 3 banners.(same size)(contract campaign). Everything looks good, banner save successfully and linked to a zone. Immediately i linked this campaign to a particular zone, that zone icon turned RED and banners are not showing on the web page

Any ideas?
