Due to a problem with the database Revive Adserver couldn't retrieve or store data. If this problem is reproducable it might be caused by a bug in Revive Adserver. Please report the following information to the creators of Revive Adserver. Also try to describe the actions that led to this error as clearly as possible. Version: Revive Adserver v5.0.4 PHP/DB: PHP 7.1.33 / Unknown 5.7.29- Page: /revive/www/admin/advertiser-delete.php Error: Query: SELECT * FROM ox_banner_vast_element WHERE ( ox_banner_vast_element.banner_id = 25 ) $_POST: Empty $_GET: Array ( [token] => 0db628f59bd16c759faecfabad0ab24a [clientid] => 16 ) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A colleague reported it to me shortly after Revive was upgraded via cPanel >> Softaculous Apps Installer >> Upgrade to 5.0.4 Before that Revive was fully functional and we were able to delete Advertisers. As far as I am aware MySQL hasn't been updated or changed, although php has been upgraded.
