An error occurred while accessing the database

Hi,

Im getting the following error when trying to delete an Advertiser, any help appreciated.

Due to a problem with the database Revive Adserver couldn't retrieve or store data. If this problem is reproducable it might be caused by a bug in Revive Adserver. Please report the following information to the creators of Revive Adserver. Also try to describe the actions that led to this error as clearly as possible.

Hi,
Ive tried repairing the database but get the message:
note : The storage engine for the table doesn't support repair

Can anyone help us resolve the issue?

Is this a new installation or one that you have been running for a while?

Have you ever been able to delete an Advertiser before?

Has MySQL been recently updated or changed?

Thank you for your reply. 
A colleague reported it to me shortly after Revive was upgraded via cPanel >> Softaculous Apps Installer >> Upgrade to 5.0.4 
Before that Revive was fully functional and we were able to delete Advertisers.
As far as I am aware MySQL hasn't been updated or changed, although php has been upgraded.
Current versions are:

PHP Version	5.6.40
MySQL Version	5.7.29

• For Revive Adserver v4.2 and above: PHP 7.0.8 or higher

We also don't recommend using anything other than our official releases - we really can't support the software if it's managed via a 3rd party auto-installation service.

Not knowing what the issue is, other than not meeting the PHP requirements, I can't really say if that's likely to be successful or even possible.
