andrewatfornax Posted February 2, 2020 Report Posted February 2, 2020 Hi @JLW, Is this a new installation or one that you have been running for a while? Have you ever been able to delete an Advertiser before? Has MySQL been recently updated or changed? Quote
JLW Posted February 2, 2020 Author Report Posted February 2, 2020 Hi Andrew, Thank you for your reply. A colleague reported it to me shortly after Revive was upgraded via cPanel >> Softaculous Apps Installer >> Upgrade to 5.0.4 Before that Revive was fully functional and we were able to delete Advertisers. As far as I am aware MySQL hasn't been updated or changed, although php has been upgraded. Current versions are: PHP Version 5.6.40 MySQL Version 5.7.29 Quote
andrewatfornax Posted February 3, 2020 Report Posted February 3, 2020 Hi @JLW, From https://www.revive-adserver.com/support/requirements/ For Revive Adserver v4.2 and above: PHP 7.0.8 or higher We also don't recommend using anything other than our official releases - we really can't support the software if it's managed via a 3rd party auto-installation service. JLW Posted February 7, 2020 Author Report Posted February 7, 2020 Hi, ok, can I do a manual re-install over the top? Many thanks, Quote
andrewatfornax Posted February 10, 2020 Report Posted February 10, 2020 Not knowing what the issue is, other than not meeting the PHP requirements, I can't really say if that's likely to be successful or even possible. Quote
JLW Posted February 21, 2020 Author Report Posted February 21, 2020 Resolved.... thank you for your comments. andrewatfornax 1 Quote
