ShawnSaint Posted October 31, 2019 Report Posted October 31, 2019 Hi. I recently Installed Revive on my server under a shared hosting plan. I had been testing Revive Adserver on my Laptop and it worked well in the local host environment. I managed to set everything up with no hustles until it cam time to add an Advertiser. It keeps refusing and pulling up a 403 error like below: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Help please. Quote
andrewatfornax Posted November 1, 2019 Report Posted November 1, 2019 That's a permission error from the web server itself, not from Revive Adserver. Check your web server logs. Quote

andrewatfornax Posted November 3, 2019 Report Posted November 3, 2019 Review your webserver logs, then read the webserver documentation! ? Quote
