403 Error When Adding Advertiser

Hi. 

I recently Installed Revive on my server under a shared hosting plan. I had been testing Revive Adserver on my Laptop and it worked well in the local host environment. I managed to set everything up with no hustles until it cam time to add an Advertiser. It keeps refusing and pulling up a 403 error like below: 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Help please.

That's a permission error from the web server itself, not from Revive Adserver.

Check your web server logs.

Review your webserver logs, then read the webserver documentation! ?

The solution is deactivate the Apache ModSecurity, from "active" to "just detection".
