Reporting Issue

Hi there everyone.

 

I am new user, just started using the adserver.

I have the automatic maintenance set up. Did a few test impressions and clicks, but don't see the stats updated.

I read everywhere that its best to set up scheduled maintenance, its also written in the adserver itself. But the link provided there goes to different page outside the adserver.

 

Can someone please tell me with a little bit of detail how to set up the scheduled maintenance? Or perhaps what could be wrong with my automatic maintenance?

Hi yusufmc,

• Check to whether maintenance is running.
• Go to Administrator-->My Account-->User Lock, in that choose "Maintenance Log".
• Clear  var_cache  and templates_compiled folder.

Verify the recent impressions and clicks.

Please note that statistics in Revive Adserver are not real-time. You'll need to wait for maintenance to run after the hour is completed before you will see anything appear.
