Available Zone not displaying in the campaigns

I did perform the 4.2 upgrade on 2 different sites, all went well but today I realized that the "Available Zones" and "Linked Zones" are not visible on Campaigns.

I can still connect the campaign banners to the zones.

Only other change was using php 7.2

Any suggestions on how to get them back?
