impression doesnt record

Good afternoon sir

 

I am using revive 4.0.1 , i have installed in centos 7 server, ive installed , and run schedule maintenance correctly.

 

But the impression doesnt record.

ive follow this instruction https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/No+Statistics

 

But the impression still doesnt record.

Ive stuck for a week.

 How could i get the impression?

At what point in the troubleshooting is it failing?

So, for example, do you see impressions being recorded in the database "bucket" tables?

There is no fail in point in that tutorial.

But the impression still doesnt record  _data_summary_ad_hourly, but it records in table data_bkt_m.

 

and theres no error in debug.log.

but the impression still doesnt show up in statistics.

Hi,

Okay, good - if the data is being logged in the data_bkt_m table, then that's a good start - Revive Adserver is recording impressions.

You have scheduled maintenance set up correctly - do you see output from the maintenance process each hour in the debug log?

Yes i see the ouput of debug.log sir, the debug.log says that : Maintenance Engine Completed (Started at 2019-03-19 08:04:53 UTC, taking 00:00:04)

But its still  and always doesnt give a statistics.
