Forbidden 403 when try to add an advertiser

I got this error when I try to add my first Advertiser:

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /adserver/www/admin/advertiser-edit.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

My url is: https://www.mydomain.com.ar/adserver/www/admin/advertiser-edit.php

What could be happening?

You could investigate your web server logs on what is going wrong
