Problem Upgrading 2.8.9 - 3.0.3

Hello, 

I've got a problem while upgrading 2.8.9 to 3.0.3

 

On the 3rd step I've got "Failed to upgrade configuration file" 

Permissions are correct (666 for the config files and 777for the parent folder)

Hi,

• In general, File Permission --> 644 and Folder Permission -->755. Just re-check by changing the file/folder permission.
• Also clear var_cache and templates_compiled folder.

I've rechecked file permission and cleared the folders but still has the same problem.

What could I do. Could I get paid support from the revive team? How could I contact them?
