How to track clicks in HTML5 Banner

Hi, I'm new to Revive, and I already created an HTML5 Banner (Using Tumult Hype) I uploaded to revive server (Zip upload)
It works, the ad displays perfectly using an iframe. The problem is that it's not tracking clicks, only impressions.

I know that I have to insert some kind of function named "clickurl" but I'm really lost here, I don't know where...

Could some one point me on how to track clicks? or a url in the docs where I can find all of these details?
