single page call xml-rpc

hi all, 

in openads-xmlrpc.inc.php there is two function view() and spc(). is spc() function stand for single page call ??

while i am able to use view() to retrieve text  ads from revive adverver. i was unable to use spc() for the same purpose primary raisin is the lack of documentation of the args of the function specially what, context, block, blockcampaign

can any one define those args or point me to documentation page

doc of the args just above function definition
