Locked Out of Revive Server

I am locked out of our Revive Adserver receiving the following message during login attempts:

"An error occurred while accessing the database
Due to a problem with the database Revive Adserver couldn't retrieve or store data."

I noticed that the rv_audit table has maxed out with 8388607 rows. Is it OK to truncate this table? Is the data here mission critical?

Yes, that table should be safe to truncate. 

Check your database server logs & use the appropriate DB diagnostic tools first, though, to make sure that is the issue before you start truncating data. (And always take a backup before you do anything!)
