trzczy
How to integrate invocation code into an online video player? Show a minimal imlementation please. Thank you
andrewatfornax
AFAIK, the way to do this depends on the video player. See: https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Invocation+Code%3A+Zone+Level#InvocationCode:ZoneLevel-VideoInvocationcodeforInlineVideoadzoneorOverlayVideoadzone

andrewatfornax
Let me know what video player you are using, and I'll take a look. I think expanding our docs to include specific, popular video players would be a good idea, if I can find some time...
lucab
Maybe is quite popular and still updated: link
andrewatfornax
Okay, so the documentation for this player has this: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/shortcode-parameters#ads So looks like you use the "vast" tag to contain the link to the video ad in Revive Adserver, and then use one of "preroll", "postroll" or "midroll" to define when the video ad should play, along with any of the other options you want. Crssp
Can anyone confirm, running foliovision FV Player with Youtube videos, along with Revive AdServer for Vast ad tags, and whether Revive AdServer would need any additional expensive plugins to do so? Maro
You need the Foliovision VAST Plugin and the Pro Version of the Foliovision Flowplayer. I hat this but didn't managed to get it to work. First, i got CORS Errors and now my licenses are expired. I don't know if it has problems with the XML code Revive Adserver is delivering. I'm exhausted on this problem... i'ts very sad.
