i integrated a New modern style into revive. how can i submit it to the project?

hi i was just curious, how can i submit changes to the project? i wrote a new CSS that makes the current design look more modern without changing too much. all that is needed is to include the CSS/and JS files in the content-header.html and thats it. it overwrites the old look with a modern one.
