Long wait for invocation code

On a new installation 4.0.2. running nginx, mysql , php7 everything seems to be working fine but the page where you pick the banner invocation.

It takes around 10 seconds for the invocation to show up.  Even when you change the selection in the invocation code combo it takes around 10 seconds.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

Unusual, I have not heard of or seen this before.

Could it be a version problem? 

plain vanilla ubuntu 16.04 LTS server.

revive ad server 4.0.2

php 7.0.22

mysql  5.7.19

nginx 1.10.3

 

I redid the vm server 10 times. nothing helps.

Any ideas what else to try?

Hi @Steve Mi ,

The fact that it works, but is slow, suggests to me more that there's a performance issue of some sort with the server. You mention that it's a VM - is there anything in the performance monitoring of the VM that suggests an issue with e.g. disk I/O, CPU utilization, etc. that might be causing slow pages?
