Revive Adserver installation

Hi Team,

We have followed all the installation steps which you have specified. but when processing 4th step (Open a web browser and start the installation process) getting below Error.

Software's installed:

• Apache with mod_php or any webserver using FastCGI (nginx, IIS 7+, lighttpd, etc.)
• PHP 5.5.9+, 5.6.x, 7.0+ (as of Revive Adserver v4.1: 5.6.x, 7.0+)
• Required PHP extensions: zlib, pcre, xml, mysqli/mysql and/or pgsql, mbstring
• Revive server 4.0.2

Error :

Menu system error: ::install not found for the current user: you might not have sufficient permission to view this page. 
If the problem persists, you can also try to delete the files inside your /path/to/openx/var/cache/ directory.

 

Please suggest the changes & exact issue.

Hi @soumya,

Thanks for your question. You have told us that you meet the requirements for Revive Adserver, but all you have done is copied what is on our website as the minimum requirements - you haven't actually told us which version of PHP you are running (for example). 

Can you please put up a copy of the ouput of a phpinfo() page running from the Revive Adserver directory?

That will help us (and you) to see exactly which version of PHP is being used to serve the Revive Adserver pages.

You might also want to check your webserver log files, as the error message suggests that there is a permissions problem that is preventing Revive Adserver from reading all of the files required to perform the installation.
