andrewatfornax
Hi @iko, No idea - it could be one of many things! Perhaps you could please be more specific about exactly where you are seeing the error, and what the error(s) you are seeing on screen / in logs are? andrewatfornax
Hi @iko, So, obviously, I can't click on that link, because it's not your actual website. That's okay - I don't want to. But could you please say what version of Revive Adserver you are running, and what menus you are using to get to the URL above, please? Have you checked all your webserver log files for possible errors?
bostongio
Having same problem. Chrome says "This site can't be reached" with an " ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE " Firefox shows page not found. " You are currently using Revive Adserver v4.1.4 running on Apache, PHP 7.1.27 and MySQL 5.7.25 " Not sure if there's an additional debug level I can run to help troubleshoot this? Nothing else is showing up in the webserver's log files. Nothing is showing in the debug.log file for this. Nor even when I change the settings to show all errors.... andrewatfornax
Hi @bostongio, Best place might be the Chrome Developer Tools, which should let you log the details of what's coming back to the browser - that may shed some light on the situation.
