Delete banner button is inactive how to delete?

hello, this very stupid question, but the delete banner button is inactive how to delete it?

I tried first disabling the banner, but delete banner is still inactive. I can delete the campaign, but not individual added banners.

 

This is a clean install.

Okay - so what happens when you select one or more banners using the check boxes on the left?

When select the checkbox nothing changes, the delete is still disabled.

I found a bug, the delete can't be activated when I use HTMl banner type and I paste my HTML javascript into it.

I can PM you the code I use.

My hosted revive doesn't have a checkbox or a delete box and I can't find a means of deleting a banner from a campaign, am I missing something?

I have this issue, too. There is no delete button at all. I'm sure I am overlooking something...? I would like to delete website/zone/advertiser and banner but can't find the button to do so at any level.
