How to get the generic link for a campaign ?

I try with the <noscript> link in the JS invocation code, but it's give a blank page .

I installed the last version 4.0.2 (a complete new install not an update) 

 

When I test the <noscript> img link, it's ok, the banner is well displayed

But the <noscript> target link  give always a blank page.

 

In fact I need a generic link for a zone to integrate it in an Android app made with html5, 

because with invocation code iframe or js, the target link is open into the app .

 

And, of course, what I need is that the target link be opened out of the app into the device browser.

 

An idea ?

Hi @Aldo,

As above, please see the troubleshooting guide for when Revive Adserver is broken. If you're getting a blank page, that suggests something broken at the e.g. webserver level.

Thanks but I don't well understand, it's possible Revive Adserver is broken just after a new installation from scratch ?

Hi @Aldo,

Sure, if there's a problem with your webserver, or file permissions, or database permissions... Or you've installed Revive Adserver from GitHub source instead of the release package... There are lots of reasons why things could be broken immediately after installing.

You need to check your webserver logs and see what the error is when the blank page is showing up. That's covered in our docs.
