An error occurred while accessing the database

Hi,

 

I am getting a database error 4yqUN3P.png ,

 

when checking the log i get this:

i disabled open base dir, that doesnt show on the log anymore, however, i still get the databse error, Yes, i fully tested access to the database it works

Hey,

i ended up reinstalling from scratch, i didn't get any error after disabling open_basedir, just that database error. i believe i did export wrong, but i doubt it, unless there is an specific way to export database with phpmyadmin.
