You can assume whatever you like! :-)

But we don't test releases with HHVM.

Assuming the system is deployed as it is, can you give me some indications of it's limitations (application and database)?

i.e. max no. of concurrent users, speed of response, anything else that's relevant?

or if you can point me to the relevant page where i can find the same.

No, sorry - it's just not feasible for us to maintain a useful, up to date set of benchmarks for Revive Adserver - the performance can vary so much, depending on server type, configuration, and load.
