Debug warning help

A new installation of

Revive 4.0.2 , PHP 7 , Mysql

I get the following in the debug.log

Some help please how to fix this

Is this just an issue in the debug log, or does something else not work as well?

Do any of the pages under https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Troubleshooting+Guide help?

Now I get the

The mail() function works from the browser and the shell when tested.

I am using all the defaults on the server .
