Geotargeting syntax for City in : Geo - Country / City

We have the Maxmind geo-targeting plugin installed. There is an option for "Geo - Country / City"  but I cannot find any documentation for how the city should be entered.

So, would state be included?  Would spaces be included?

Sorry, but I am honestly not sure! Documenting all the geo targeting options is high on my list - I just need to set aside a time to do it. I am hoping this is something I can tackle in the next couple of weeks - keep an eye out on the documentation site (or become a Supporter of Revive Adserver on our Patreon page, and get a weekly update on what we've been working on!).
