If the browser refreshes the page, then hm content appears.

How do I make the content right when I request it for the first time?

I added two video banners (Inline Video Ad (pre / mid / post-roll))

Did you put the correct Zone ID in? It looks to me from the URL example above that you have not changed the zone ID.
