However I can't figure out reason of missing plugins. When I'm using Apache over https + postgresql plugins are missed and I need to install it manually from etc/plugins directory but when I make fresh installation on another machine (Apache over http + mysql) everything seems to be fine. The worst thing is that there is no information in log files. One and only error message is during installation process.
