User12345678 Posted April 5, 2017 Report Share Posted April 5, 2017 (edited) I install new plugin.While installing it shows some common error . I fixed them, then again Installing it shows "Component group with this name is already installed " error. I deleted plugin related file which is located into plugin and etc folder. andrewatfornax Posted April 5, 2017 Report Share Posted April 5, 2017 Hi @Mohanapriya, You may need to completely uninstall the plugin, from the UI, so that it removes the files as well as the database entries, before trying to re-install.
