Larissa
Problem: After click on the newsletter banner it doesn't redirect me to the destination URL defined on banner configurations in the ad server. The browser open the url placed in the "href" param of zone tag/code ("http://adserver.guitadigital.com/www/delivery/ck.php?zoneid=2") Here's the code placed on my newsletter html: <!--/*` * * Revive Adserver No Cookie Image Tag * - Generated with Revive Adserver v4.0.0 * */--> <!--/* * The backup image section of this tag has been generated for use on a * non-SSL page. If this tag is to be placed on an SSL page, change the * 'http://adserver.guitadigital.com/www/delivery/...' * to * 'https://adserver.guitadigital.com/www/delivery/...' * */--> <a href='http://adserver.guitadigital.com/www/delivery/ck.php?zoneid=2' target='_blank'><img src='http://adserver.guitadigital.com/www/delivery/avw.php?zoneid=2&cb=125478525' border='0' alt='' /></a>
andrewatfornax
Hi @Larissa, I'm not sure what the problem is. As you say, the web browser opens the link to Revive Adserver that's defined in that href parameter. For me, that then re-directs me to another page, which is, I assume, where you want the user to end up if they click on the banner. If you are seeing something else, then please describe what is happening?
mrmartin
Hello, I have the exact same situation happening on a fresh install of Revive. @Larissa did you find a solution? Larissa
Larissa
@mrmartin It happens that I was trying to deliver two campaigns for a single email zone at the same time. So the ad server couldn't tell which link to address to the banner that was served. If you only deliver one campaign/banner at a time the problem will be solved. andrewatfornax
