When I change my PHP version to 7.0 from 5.6.30 using .htaccess 

MySQL Version: 5.6.35

Apache

<IfModule mime_module>
  AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php70 .php .php7 .phtml
</IfModule>

and I load revive (http://example.com/revive/) I get this:

This page isn’t working
domain.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
