No. Still only an empty space. When I insert Facebook HTML code directly on the web, then show ads.

Okay, at this point, I would suggest that you use the Chrome developer tools to see if, when loading your FB HTML banner through Revive Adserver on an otherwise empty test page, are there any assets that are not loaded up? Compare this with what you see being loaded with the FB HTML banner placed directly on an otherwise empty test page
