Suranex Posted January 18, 2017 Report Share Posted January 18, 2017 Hello, we have updated the adServer on our Host to Version 3.2.4 some time ago. After this update no tracking is done any more. On our website the javascript zone code is used to show the banners. The banners are visible and clickable, but no statistics are available after the update. The Automatic maintenance is running correctly.The Database works correctly (i can add rows to a table in the database). Ian Posted January 18, 2017 Report Share Posted January 18, 2017 Looks all good indeed, and you're sure that you didn't mix folders up after the upgrade (eg, you login to the upgraded version, but requests/impressions are still logged in the non-upgraded version?) To check this i have looked into the database and see no new entry in the ox_data_summary_ad_hourly table . The vHost for the adServer is configured to use the new folder. Are you seeing any data being recorded and updated in (for example), the rv_data_bkt_m and/or rv_data_bkt_c tables? These are where the raw stats are initially recorded.
