andrewatfornax Posted January 28, 2017 Report Share Posted January 28, 2017 Hi @ohdude, When working as the Administrator Account, if you go to the Plugins tab, do you see the Banner Types Plugin? Is it enabled? If you do, and it is, then click on the plugin's Details link. Do you see the HTML Banner Type plugin? Is it enabled? If you do, and it is, then go to Configuration > Global Settings > Banner Storage Settings. Is the Allow HTML Banners option enabled? If not, turn it on.
