Hi, I'm very new and it may be misconfiguration but I'm stuck on this...

After instalation I add 1 campaign. Then I wan't add second banner message is:

Not Found

The requested URL /www/admin/banner-edit.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The same situation is when i want to add campaign:

Not Found

The requested URL /www/admin/campaign-edit.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I look at campaign-edit.php and banner-edit.php, both are not in the folders but there is: campaign-edit.php.off.php and banner-edit.php.off.php

What to do?

Regards

Tom

Hi,

Could You be more specific about security settings?
I did try FF, Explorer, Chrome and Opera and they all are without ad blocker.

But still I can't understand why:
file: /www/admin/campaign-edit.php
have suffix "off":  campaign-edit.php.off.php

In fact if I manually change name from campaign-edit.php.off.php to proper name campaign-edit.php I can add campaign, 1 time, then file magically :) change its name to campaign-edit.php.off.php... banner-edit.php have the same problem.
Is it any engine in revive who can act like that?

Hi,

it was part of first post :)
" campaign-edit.php and banner-edit.php, both are not in the folders but there is: campaign-edit.php.off.php and banner-edit.php.off.php ", but it's irelevant now :)
I understand, Revive don't act like that?
Strange is I reinstall Revive because that at another subdomain another domain, and different user - but the same server. If it is hacked it was very fast.
Now, I will try install it again.
Hope it help.
Regards

Tom

Hi, I have a similar problem for several months.
Each time the campaign-edit.php and banner-edit.php files are added off.php.
I've already done several updates, a lot of databases, changing my password to ftp and mysql, and the problem keeps coming back. What could it be? Where to look for a problem? Maybe some Revive file is infected or damaged and adds?
Please help :(

It sounds to me like either your system has been hacked, or you have a system in place that is making these changes.

If you self-host, try and clean server in a new environment, and install from scratch, paying attention to what you set up.

If you are not self-hosting, talk to your hosting provider for assistance.
