fishin
All of a sudden I don't see my banners on my website. I need someone to look into it and fix the issue. I'm running: Revive Adserver v3.2.4 running on Apache, PHP 5.6.28 and MySQL 5.6.34- Also my admin panel layout has changed from the typical. Erik Geurts
Reading that your "admin panel layout has changed" leads me to believe your installation was somehow compromised, probably some time ago, with whoever/whatever did this only now exploiting the access they gained. fishin
I contacted the host company and they did some upgrades on the sever they admitted. THey wrote back upon my inquiry the following which fixed it. "I added a php.ini to your account and made some minor changes to it" The admin panel doesn't appear to look like it once did though all the links are working within the panel. It's very plain looking. Could an automatic update change this? It appears like the sample section following: Revive Adserver admin Help Support Logout Statistics Inventory Preferences Configuration Plugins Administrator account Working as Switch to Administrator account Manager for... Erik Geurts
Stylesheets are missing. I recommend clearing your browser's cache first.
fishin
the banner ads stopped working again. What would you charge to fix this as there's something more than the server issue. I cleared the cache. I contacted the host again but I don't put much faith in what they did or didn't do.
andrewatfornax
Hi @fishin, Do you have any ad blockers or cookie blockers installed? These can also block CSS stylesheets and make the website appear like this. If not, then I'd consider moving to a more reliable hosting company - one that doesn't "make changes" to your system without you knowing about it first.
