Need help using revive adserver- New to this

Hello,

I am a publisher and my basic need is

 

:- i want to show different company's popup to my visitor at every page view or every other page view.

:- lets say after 5 minutes of reading, they click somewhere, they gets to see different popup from first time. 

 

 Is this achievable through revive adserver ?
