refreshing iframe ads from subdomain

I would like to auto refresh ads in iframes, but it doesn't work, as I get this error:

Error: Permission denied to access property "document"

I know this error is because I use domain name www.example.com and the ads are served from ads.example.com

Is there any way around this?
