Precedence of "AND" and "OR" when adding Delivery Limitations to Banners

I have what I hope is a simple question - although I have not been able to find an answer in any documentation.

I want to add some Delivery Limitations to a banner of the form:

    A and (B or C)

When adding Delivery Limitations, I can select "AND" or "OR" - but it is not clear what the precedence rules are. Can I differentiate between these two:

    A and (B or C)

and

    (A and B) or C

The AND/OR precedence are as per PHP's rules: http://php.net/manual/en/language.operators.precedence.php

So, AND comes before OR.
