Adamrinald
Hi, I have been using Revive Adserver about 1 year and still cant fix this problem. Our banner, (mobile desktop) is super blurry, tried to increase the dpi, pixels etc and changes the format also but still blurry. Any clue about this? screenshot The original banner Edited June 10, 2016 by Erik Geurts Corrected product name spelling
Erik Geurts
Are you perhaps changing the width and the height of the banner after uploading it into Revive Adserver?

Uhmm, I dont think so. The banner width and height already set automatically.

Erik Geurts
There is little or nothing for us to work with. Perhaps you should consider posting a link to: the original image before you uploaded it into Revive Adserver a test page with nothing on it, except one zone's invocation code, and that should be a zone where you have linked only this one banner as remnant and unrestricted Then others can see it, review it and get back with recommendations. andrewatfornax
Hi @Adamrinald, A test page where we can see the issue would definitely help.
