Google responsive code not working on revive

i added to google html banners on my website through revive, the problem is that even the code is responsive, the banner appears on mobile in the same sizes which make the mobile site looks so bad, my question is their away that the ad can work ?

Can you provide a test site where we can see the issue? It's impossible for the community to provide any advice without some detail to work with.
