Adblocker: How to achieve the effect in this example

Try visiting this site with an adblocker on, then with it off. You see the exact spaces where the ads would be now have a custome message. Hows this done in Revive please?

I doubt that an ad server is involved in that message displayed when the ad blocker is enabled. The ad server is blocked, remember? ;)
