You dont need to, that's already included in your Revive install.

If everything was setup correctly you will see it under the Delivery Options tab on the Banner screen.

 You need ton enable Geo targeting under this URL : http ://yourdomain/www/admin/account-settings-geotargeting.php . Here you need to select "OpenX maxmind flat file" .
