Notifications by email about ending capaigns does not work

I have an issue with campaigns end date reminders.

Test case:

As a Default Manager

• go to the Preferences > Account Preferences > Campaign email Reports Preferences
• Under section "Account email Warnings" select checkbox "Send a warning to the account every time a campaign is almost expired" and set "Send a warning when the days left are less than specified here" to 1.
• Under section "Advertiser email Warnings" select checkbox "Send a warning to the advertiser every time a campaign is almost expired" and set "Send a warning when the days left are less than specified here" to 1.
• add a new advertiser, provde your email under Contact and Email fields
• select Email when a campaign is automatically activated/deactivated
• add a new campaign assigned to new advertiser:
• select type Remnant, select tart date from -3 days and end date to +1 day (tommorow)
• add text banner to this campaign, assign to zone (previously defined)

as an Administrator

• ensure that on "Debug Logging Settings" tab option about logging is enabled
• on the "Email Settings" tab ensure that "Log all outgoing email messages" is enabled

enter the maintanence script
http://MY_INSTALL_URL/maintenance/maintenance.php

Nothing happened. In the logs in Revive there are information about maintanence, but no info about email, no emails in inbox (spam checked).

No logs in sendmail.

Functionality does not work or my testcase is bad.

Please note that the camapign will be expired tommorow (as set), but no notification is sent.
