404 when trying to install

I followed all the instructions, i created a folder using FTP program, created a new database, new username, gave all the privileges, and when i enter my site URL with the folder name (www.example.com/adserver) it give a 404 error,

Any suggestions ?

Are you using WordPress? If so, do you have a security plugin activated, such as iThemes Security? Security plugins may be blocking your access to the folder. I had the same situation this week and deactivated my security plugin temporarily and was able to access Revive in its folder by browser.  Once you get in, you can reactivate the security plugin and should have no further problem.
