Create new fields

Hello everyone, 

 

im new to revive adserver and i´m trying to create new form filelds for extra info on advertisers etc but i couldn´t find any information about how to proceed, just this link para im afraid it´s not complete to store info in the database http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23388315/revive-adserver-how-to-add-extra-field-at-add-new-advertiser-section

Hi @marino,

Unfortunately, it's very difficult, and I just haven't had time to complete the user documentation yet, let alone the developer documentation. Best thing to do would be to do it as a plugin, but really, the only thing you can do about that is trace the code for the existing plugins, and reverse engineer it all.

Is there any way to add fields in the existing website section ???

I'm able to create fields but I'm finding it difficult to reflect into the DB . So kindly provide me the solution for it.

You have to create fields in the some_random-edit.php in \www\admin folder. Later to store in the database , you need to add attributes in db_schema.ini file in \lib\max\Dal\DataObjects folder.
