Sebastian Posted January 26, 2014 Report Posted January 26, 2014 Hello, We have installed Revive AdServer on CentOS with cPanel and we have high load averages 176.2 147.7 142.3 In the old server of our Revive AdServer we doesn't have this problem, but we use it Debian with Apache 2.4 Do you know why we have this problem in CentOS? Matteo Beccati Posted January 27, 2014 Report Posted January 27, 2014 Revive Adserver is platform independent, the OS doesn't matter. There must be a problem somewhere in your Apache/PHP/MySQL configuration, or somewhere else on the server. Quote
andrewatfornax Posted January 27, 2014 Report Posted January 27, 2014 Or it could be that the hardware is not the same, or PHP opscode caching is present on one but not the other - unfortunately, there are a very large number of variables when it comes to asking "why is the performance different between two different installations". Fundamentally, there is very little different between late OpenX Source releases and current 3.0.x Revive Adserver releases - it's all been rebranding and fixing a lot of bugs; certainly nothing has changed to fundamentally change the performance of the application, so I would look hard at your systems setup -- which is unfortunately well beyond the scope of support we're able to help out with here. 18TommyBoy Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 The AdServer is good, before I install 5% of cpu usage, after installation few days 5-7%. 8 Core AMD, 24GB ram, 120GB SSD Raid Quote
