mbo Posted January 22, 2014 Report Share Posted January 22, 2014 Hello, When I go to Configuration/Product Updates in admin mode, I receive the error: An error occurred: Unknown method (code: 1) Due to an unknown reason it isn't possible to retrieve information about possible updates. Please try again I'm using Revive Ad Server 3.02 on Windows 2012 x64 Apache 2.4.7 / PHP 5.5.6 / MySQL 5.6.14+ The host have outgoing access to internet, debug log wrote the exact same error Thanks in advance for your help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
