Delivery Limitations Warning Following Upgrade to ver. 3.2.1

After upgrading to ver. 3.2.1 we noticed that the geo limitations were not being observed by various geo- and device-targeted campaigns. 

We checked the delivery limitations pages and saw this warning on all banners with geo and device limitations:

WARNING: The delivery engine limitations DO NOT AGREE with the limitations shown below
Please hit save changes to update the delivery engine's rules

Some of delivery limitations reports incorrect values:

• Unknown operator

Most likely there has been a problem with the upgrade of the plugins. Please double check they are ok.

That problem has been resolved by getting an updated plugin.  But we are now facing a new issue.  We can't see any of the stats column.  I noticed that all the stats columns had been nulled out in the user preferences.  When I tried to check them to show, I was unable to save the change.  I am also unable to set my time zone or language since my recent effort at upgrading to 3.2.1.  

Please advise what can cause this.  The database appears to be intact and correct.

Hi @tkat,

That really does sound like either the table has an issue, or there's something wrong with the data in the table - check that the users and preferences all line up, and you don't have any duplicate or missing IDs for user/preference pairs?
